A Hot Stone Massage is a wonderfully relaxing massage treatment. The treatment is designed to work on muscle tension & relaxation the deepest level.The treatment uses Basaltic (volcanic) rocks which are heated to a temperature that suits, and will be checked by our fully qualified therapist as temperature tolerance changes from client to client.  The massage is a combination of two elements which compliment each other perfectly. Firstly, the heated stones are placed through a towel on specific points of the body known as Chakras (energy centres). The positioning of the heated stones aid in the re-balancing of your Chakras. To complete the treatment, the heated stones are then used to carry out a combination of Swedish Massage strokes, which is fantastic for breaking down stubborn knots and tension in a relaxing and gentle way.  The result is a truly wonderful treatment which re-balances, soothes, calms and quietens the mind and body.
