Mother & Bump has had experience over the last three years of providing services within local Sure Start Children’s Centres.  Various therapies have been provided for parents as well as ‘Stress Buster Workshops’ that have all proven to be popular.

Mother & Bump have also run Baby Massage Session’s within local Centres in Erith.

Natelie has a really good understanding of the problems and stresses that parents who attend our Home-Start Family groups face in life.  Some of the ladies had never experienced a massage or Reiki before, and were quite nervous at first, but in no time at all Natelie has the magical ability to help you feel listened to, and encourages everyone to look after themselves.  The days that Natelie attends the groups are always fully attended! When I first met Natelie, I did not feel ready for a massage as I was highly stressed, but Natelie used her time to talk to me and listen to why I was so stressed.  After the Session I felt totally relaxed and ready for a massage the next time Natelie attended the group.
