How long are the Gift Vouchers Valid for?
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, for the value of any treatment within the given price bracket.
How do you know where to send the Gift Voucher?
Please email us to confirm the recipients name and address as soon as you have made a payment.
How will the recipient know how to use the Gift Voucher to make a booking?
All our Gift Vouchers are sent out with a list of treatments that the recipient may chose from along with instructions of how to book their treatment.
How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?
Go to the rates page for the treatment you wish to purchase and simply look up the treatment and price. The next step is to go through to our online payment page, scroll down to Gift Voucher, and book the treatment and length of treatment you wish to purchase
How much is postage and packaging for the Gift Voucher?
All postage and packaging cost an additional £4.50.
When will you send out the Gift Voucher?
Your Gift Voucher will be sent out on receipt of payment and will be dispatched by first class post to the specified address within two working days.
Am I able to write a personal message to the recipient?
Yes! When you email the name and the address for the recipient, you may include a short message. Mother and Bump Massage will then personlise the Gift Voucher for you.
What if I make a mistake or wish to get a refund?
No problem at all! Just let us know within 12 hours from the time of your online payment and you will get a full refund.
Please note that Gift Vouchers after 12 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable as the the Gift Voucher will have being printed and dispatched.
