Step 1: Where To Choose to have your appointment

Home Visit appointments are available Monday to Sunday from 10am until the last appointment commencing at 7pm.

Treatment room appointments are available Monday to Sunday from 9am until last appointment commencing at 8pm.

Courses are held at the Treatment room location.

Select the Treatment type, for example, Pregnancy Massage or Doula Service or Pregnancy Yoga Course.

Next: either phone, text, email or visit our Contact Page stating the location you wish to be treated at, length of treatment, service you wish to book and the dates and times you are interested in.  We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your requirements. 

Note: Please allow 24 hours notice for bookings, as we regret same day bookings are not available, but feel free to check for availability due to any cancellations.

Step 3:    Confirmation of Booking

Once your booking has been made you will receive a confirmation email from Mother and Bump. This will detail your treatment type, time, price and the location of your treatment along with our terms and conditions.   

You will also receive a Health Form for your respective treatment which we request is completed and sent back to us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Step 4: Payment

To confirm your treatment straight away, you can pay online via our PayPal service. We request payment is made at least 24 hours prior to your treatment as we do not carry a mobile payment system.

Privacy Policy

All Credit/Debit Card information is processed by PayPal, therefore we do not store any of your information nor do we share this with a third party.

Alternatively, you may pay cash or cheque with guarantee card on the day.  This applies to Massage based treatments only.  

Step 5: What to expect from us

Health Forms

Once we receive your returned Health Form/Birth Preparation form, we can plan your personalised treatment. We will also make sure that you are safe for treatment or participation for the sessions or courses offered. Your form is always treated with the strictest confidence.

For your Home Visit appointment

Please allow an extra 30 minutes on your first home visit for your Therapist to discuss your health consultation with you, and will give you time to ask any questions or discuss any issues. 10 minutes is allowed for setting up.

Therapists will generally arrive 20 minutes prior for any future appointments for setting up.
