The Pregnancy Maintenance Package allows you the opportunity to look after your physical emotional & mental health throughout the duration of your pregnancy. You can start this package from your 1st Trimester, and continue into the postnatal period or you may just use the package for a particular Trimester for example the 3rd, this is totally up to you.

Mother & Bump Postnatal Recovery Package
The Postnatal Package allows you to have some me time after the birth of your baby. Excellent for healing and recovery, plus a fantastic chance to have a try of some Baby Massage techniques for your new born. The package consists of 5 x 60 minute Postnatal Massage Treatments, + a 60 minute Mum & Baby Session Part 1 (for babies under 3 months).
