To ensure that we are the right fit for each other, I offer a one-off discovery session where we can get to know each other and discuss your expectations and concerns. If we decide to move forward, I typically recommend a minimum of six sessions to start your journey. At the six-session mark, we will collaboratively review our progress and determine whether to continue with more sessions or conclude our work together.
Face to Face and Online Counselling
I offer face-to-face counselling support in my cosy, comfortable, relaxing consultation space in Bexleyheath as well as my Walk & Talk Therapy. I also offer online sessions. I understand the importance of flexibility to cater to your specific needs, so I offer both daytime and evening sessions. I have limited open spaces at present.
I prioritise evidence-based techniques and compassionate guidance to empower you on your path to recovery. With expertise in Integrative Creative Counselling Techniques, I embrace a holistic approach that combines traditional counselling methods with creative and expressive therapies.
